Your inventory system for electronics.

Free, open-source and terminal based. Purpose-built for electronics.

System’s features

  • Load a DigiKey order CSV and review each line. Accept or skip it, and accepted parts are created and filled in from DigiKey.

    Read the guide
  • Assign parts to a 5 × 5 rack grid, so a location reads R1-B3 instead of Drawer 12. Print labels for slots and parts.

    Read the guide
  • Import a KiCad BOM to see what is in stock and what needs ordering. Pick the parts rack by rack, then deduct them from stock.

    Read the guide
  • Filter by part, category, parameter, location or SKU. Set a reorder threshold for each part and run a guided stocktake.

    Read the guide
  • Every change is recorded with its before and after values. Set checkpoints, and restore or reverse a change, even after a restart.
